- 1 cup salad greens

1/3 cup Curry Kraut
- 1 tbsp. vegan cream cheese, plain or chive
- 1 Bagel, Everything or Plain

1 - 2oz. fillet salmon, cooked (optional)
Instructions

Split the bagel in half and spread cream cheese on both sides.
- Over the cheese on one bagel half, layer salad greens, Curry Kraut, salmon (optional).
- Set remaining bagel half over filling.
