  • 1 cup salad greens
  • 1/3 cup Curry Kraut

  • 1 tbsp. vegan cream cheese, plain or chive
  • 1 Bagel, Everything or Plain
  • 1 - 2oz. fillet salmon, cooked (optional)


  • Split the bagel in half and spread cream cheese on both sides.

  • Over the cheese on one bagel half, layer salad greens, Curry Kraut, salmon (optional).
  • Set remaining bagel half over filling.
  • Enjoy!
