Dill Pickle Cheeseball

This fun take on the classic cheeseball makes a great appetizer for any holiday or tailgate party

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 6 Dilly Garlic pickle spears, diced
  • 1 (2 oz) package thinly sliced, chopped dried beef
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce

Dilly Garlic Pickle Spears


  • Place cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat until smooth

  • Add remaining ingredients and mix until well-combined
  • Serve with crackers


To make this a traditional cheeseball simply reserve some of the dried beef, use a rubber spatula to form the mixture into a ball, roll it in the remaining dried beef to coat, and chill before serving to allow it to firm up.
