Savory, golden French toast topped with warm, caramelized Cleveland Kitchen kimchi for a bold, craveable twist on a classic brunch favorite.

Ingredients
- Classic Kimchi, for serving
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 2 Slices of White Bread
- Butter for frying
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1/2 Tablespoon Sriracha
- 1/2 Avocado, Thinly Slices
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cilantro.
- Add butter to a fryer pan on medium heat. Let butter melt until it is foaming.
- Dip each piece of the bread into the egg mixture and coat each side. Then, place in the frying pan for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on each side.
- Transfer the bread to the plate.
- While, the French toast is cooking, combine mayo, ketchup, and sriracha together in a bowl and adjust the sauce to taste preference. Smear the toast with the sauce and top with slices of avocado.
- Garnish each piece of toast with Classic Kimchi
- Serve and enjoy!
