A lot of times kimchi that is traditionally made won't be able to please my whole family's tastes. Sometimes it's too spicy or vinegary or pungent for a specific member. This pleased everyone, from the shy eaters to the kimchi connoisseur.

I was hesitant buying this kimchi... I'm used to real korean kimchi. However, this is absolutely delicious. It's mild and seasoned perfectly... not too much chili powder to make it bitter or too much red pepper to make it too hot.

My husband and I tried Cleveland’s Classic Kimchi. It truly reminds us of our neighbor’s homemade fresh kimchi. It’s delicious if you LOVE funky well-balanced fermented kimchi like we do. The amount of spice is perfect. Not too much, but definitely like a traditional kimchi. If you are spice-adverse, they make a mild version too. The ingredients are naturally fermented and the taste is clean and the cabbage is nice and crunchy. I can’t wait to try their various sauerkrauts.

Very good and healthy. I should have got the spicy one cause the mild needed a little bit more heat. But either way it was delicious. It’s good as a side item or on other things like sandwiches.

SO good! Would definitely repurchase. The dill pickle buffalo sauce has a really good spicy kick with a fermented tang. I'm a big fan of when fermented things taste pretty sour, and I like that this has that taste to it. It's not super strong though, so people who don't like that fermented taste will still like it.

I was so taken back at how good this was. Not only are the ingredients pretty good (don't like the gums in there, but not terrible), but the taste of it is so good. It's spicy but the perfect amount for someone who typically like more mild foods. I made chicken buffalo wraps, and it was the best wraps I've had in such a long time thanks to this sauce. Would buy again and again!

I put a drizzle of this on a salad that I made for lunch and it really gave it an extra boost of flavor. I did add other dressing but it helped me use so much less than I normally would’ve because just a tiny bit of this stuff packs so much flavor.

Was really impressed with this sauce. Tried it on burgers, fries and chicken rice bowl. Liked that it had 0 added sugar. It was creamy and went on smooth. Look forward to trying the other Pickle Buffalo flavor.

I got the Kimchi Ranch flavor. It is so good. We had tacos that night and immediately tried it on those. Delicious! My wife tried it on her eggs the next morning and she loved it too. I would have never thought to purchase this before. Even if you don't like kimchi by itself (I'm not a huge fan), you will like this flavor. The serving size. I barely used up half of that on my tacos. We'll definitely be buying this again!This sauce is packed with flavor and had the perfect balance of tangy, creamy and spicy flavors that pair really well together. I made chicken wings with this sauce and it was delicious! I also drizzled this sauce on tacos and huevos rancheros for added flavor. This sauce is very versatile and adds the perfect amount of heat.
