Backyard Buffalo Chicken Sliders

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken
  • 1 (12-oz) bottle wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup Backyard Ranch dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup Backyard Ranch dressing
  • ½ cup Roasted Garlic or Classic Caraway Kraut

Instructions

  1. Place chicken, wing sauce and 1/2 cup Backyard Ranch in instant pot or pressure cooker.
  2. Cook on high heat for 35 minutes. Let it rest for an additional 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pressure cooker and shred.
  4. Toast slider buns until golden.
  5. Assemble sliders by layering chicken, Kraut, and Backyard Ranch dressing on the buns.
  6. Enjoy!
