Hawaiian Roll Reuben Sliders with Beet Medley Sauerkraut

Ingredients

• 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12-count)
• ¾ lb lean pastrami
• 6 slices Swiss cheese
• 1 cup Cleveland Kitchen Beet Medley Sauerkraut, drained
• 2 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp Everything Bagel seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish or on a sheet pan.
3. Layer the pastrami evenly over the rolls. Top with Swiss cheese. Spread Beet Medley Sauerkraut evenly over the cheese. Drizzle or spread Thousand Island dressing over the kraut. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Everything Bagel seasoning.
5. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
6. Let cool for 2–3 minutes before slicing and serving.
