Ingredients

For the Sliders

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup Cleveland Kitchen Garlic Sauerkraut
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, sliced tomato, thinly sliced red onion, sliced avocado, cooked bacon slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and form into slider-sized patties. Grill for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Add half a slice of Swiss cheese during the final minute of cooking, if using.
  3. While sliders cook, lightly toast the slider buns, if desired.
  4. Place a turkey patty on each bottom bun. Top with Garlic Sauerkraut and any desired toppings. Add the top buns and serve immediately.
