Ingredients
For the Sliders
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup Cleveland Kitchen Garlic Sauerkraut
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- Optional toppings: lettuce, sliced tomato, thinly sliced red onion, sliced avocado, cooked bacon slices
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and form into slider-sized patties. Grill for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Add half a slice of Swiss cheese during the final minute of cooking, if using.
- While sliders cook, lightly toast the slider buns, if desired.
- Place a turkey patty on each bottom bun. Top with Garlic Sauerkraut and any desired toppings. Add the top buns and serve immediately.
